OUR STORY

Peniel Church of God has its humble beginning with two families at a cottage meeting at Irving in the Fall of 1999. Over the years, as our congregation grew we worshiped as a portable church at rented out auditoriums and conference rooms in public places around Mesquite area.

In the Fall of 2006, by our dear Lord’s provision, we have moved to our current worship place (previously the Indo-Pak Bible Church) at 1918 Belt Line RD, Garland, TX 75044, just behind Fire Station #11 on the Belt Line Road. Although we have grown several fold since 1999, there are many aspects of Peniel Church of God that keeps us closely connected. This helps keep us “small” even when it seems we have considerably grown.

Wow! things definitely have changed over the past 23 years and we look forward to what God has planned for us in the future!
